picks Quadrant and HP to provide a State of the
Art Enterprise Wide Data Provisioning Platform

London, UK, 11th March, Quadrant, a leading supplier of business intelligence solutions for the financial industry, today announced that Republic Bank Limited of Trinidad and Tobago has commissioned Quadrant and HP to build a state of the art enterprise wide data provisioning platform.
At the heart of the Republic Bank data warehouse is the HP/Quadrant Financial Services Enterprise Data Model which comes with built in knowledge of the banking industry for a broad range of business areas. The initial implementation includes pre-packaged business intelligence applications covering the retail banking, credit cards and mutual funds functions. As the data warehouse will be available to users across the enterprise multiple users will be able rapidly to add business intelligence solutions across all areas of the bank’s operations. This can vary from risk based pricing, customer value enhancement and risk management to business performance management. The data warehouse is being implemented on the HP Neoview massively scalable data warehousing platform. The implementation project is being carried out jointly by Quadrant and HP’s Information Management Practice.
