• Quadrant was founded  by risk professionals acting at board level within banks and other financial institutions
• Our consultants have extensive senior management experience in different divisions and specialities within banks and other financial organisations. In the course of their projects they have worked with banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions including ministries of finance, regulatory authorities and pan-governmental organisations such as the European Union

Chronology

• Founded 1991 as a specialist risk consulting company
• 2001 Launched B² an integrated solution for Basel II Compliance
• 2005 Launched SAB² Standardised Approach for Basel  II
• 2006 Acquired Ecensity Corporation and a further $1.8m capital injected by the original investors in Ecensity
• 2007 Announced S², a solution aimed at Solvency II
• 2007 Launched the Quadrant Intelligence Centre to support Operational Business Intelligence
• 2008 Announced C² / CAS solution for Continuous Compliance Assurance went live at the first client site
